4 week course

Tuesdays, 17th September - 8th October.

Time: 7-9pm

Location: Terenure Enterprise Centre, Terenure, D6w (opposite Lidl)

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach Margaret O’Brien and Yoga Teacher Lindy Halmer will take you through the steps on how to implement a healthy lifestyle plan through nutrition, movement and relaxation.

Each class will be educational and demonstrate how all systems are connected and on how food, practicing yoga and other lifestyle factors can have a positive impact on long term health and wellbeing.

You will learn

  • How to implement a healthy nutrition and lifestyle plan.

  • How to lose weight permanently - the healthy way.

  • You will receive recipes for healthy meal and snacks.

  • How to breathe and release stress and anxiety and

  • enjoy a gently yoga practice each evening of the course.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (If you don’t have one please get in touch we have a few for rental FOC).
